The most important question
Is not “What is God?”
But “What is man?”
For there is
No other way
To understand
Divine things
But through
Self-knowledge

To know God
Or better said
To know things
About God
Without knowing oneself
Is the predominant fault
Of all people
Religious
And irreligious

To know man
Is to know God
For man
Is the image of God
Through the Incarnation
Christ the God-Man
Reveals God to man
But also reveals man
To man himself

Thus man
Cannot know
Himself
Apart from Christ
For no man
Can see himself
Without a mirror
And that mirror
Is Christ
